The filter cartridge contains four layers of filter media, naturally filtering liters of water by gravity. Activated carbon and colloidal silver (WSM3000) neutralize chlorine, unpleasant odors, and traces of solvents, chemicals, and dyes still present in the water . It eliminates potential bacteria by diffusing colloidal silver bonded to the activated carbon.
The white layer is natural mineral silica sand. Its role is to neutralize acidity and restore a pleasant taste to tap water by adjusting its pH to a slightly alkaline level (7.2 to 7.8).
The pink layer, zeolite, of natural origin, binds heavy metals and softens the filtered water. The final gray layer consists of volcanic rocks that release 14 mineral salts (magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, etc.), restoring optimal mineral qualities to the purified water. This cartridge can also be used to filter spring water .
Drinking good quality water is essential. Fill a good carafe with filtered water, keep it chilled, and serve ice cold!
