Return and Refund Conditions

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange your item.

Eligibility conditions for return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Return procedure

To initiate a return:

• If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

Any item returned without prior request will be refused.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and offer a solution.

It is your responsibility to check your package upon delivery and refuse it if it shows any visible damage. Claims regarding damaged packages that have been accepted cannot be considered.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (after your return request has been accepted) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the refund is approved:

• A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
• The processing may take up to two weeks to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
